It even shows you the obligatory <a href=\"http:\/\/gallery.dubculture.co.nz\/2008-04-08\/CIMG3201\">Nobel Peace Prize<\/a>. (What, you don't have one?)<\/p>\n<p>Even though it has its own security force, the NYPD <a href=\"http:\/\/gallery.dubculture.co.nz\/2008-04-08\/IMG_4440\">look after<\/a> the border, which is <a href=\"http:\/\/gallery.dubculture.co.nz\/2008-04-08\/CIMG3170\">guarded by Jon and Ponch<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We found a nice place in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafemetrony.com\/\">Caf\u00e9 Metro<\/a> to have lunch, and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Elliot_Stabler\">Det. Stabler from SVU<\/a> wandered past the window. This wasn't entirely unexpected, as the neighbourhood was <a href=\"http:\/\/gallery.dubculture.co.nz\/2008-04-08\/CIMG3243\">plastered<\/a> with <a href=\"http:\/\/gallery.dubculture.co.nz\/2008-04-08\/CIMG3244\">signs<\/a> suggesting that the show was shooting, and <a href=\"http:\/\/gallery.dubculture.co.nz\/2008-04-08\/CIMG3241\">trailers blocking off streets<\/a>. You can still go into the Federal Hall National Memorial, which is run by the Department of Conversation (or National Park Service as they're called here). Statue.\" width=\"113\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/gallery.dubculture.co.nz\/2008-04-08\/IMG_4494\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"vertical-align: top; margin-left: 5px; margin-right: 5px;\" src=\"http:\/\/gallery.dubculture.co.nz\/albums\/2008-04-08\/IMG_4494.thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Here lies Presidential history\" width=\"150\" height=\"113\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There wasn't much to see at the World Trade Center site - not much of a memorial or anything.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/gallery.dubculture.co.nz\/2008-04-08\/CIMG3308\">Saw a Jewish guy on a skateboard<\/a>, though.\u00a0 Of more interest to people in the area is <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Century_21_(department_store)\">Century 21<\/a>, a discount department store.<\/p>\n<p>With a big day under the belt, we wandered down towards the <a href=\"http:\/\/gallery.dubculture.co.nz\/2008-04-08\/IMG_4517\">South Street Seaport<\/a>, to have a look around.
